What payment methods do you accept?

Our payment provider SagePay enables us to accept Visa, Visa Debit, MasterCard and Maestro directly from our site.

Should you wish to use an alternative payment method, we also offer PayPal where you can pay using your PayPal wallet or choose from a selection of other card providers supported by PayPal.

Note: When paying via PayPal, you will be redirected to PayPal's website to complete payment. Once the payment has been processed, you will be redirected back to our site where we will confirm your order has been placed.

How do you secure my payment?

When you pay using a credit or debit card, your card details are immediately sent to our payment provider SagePay as an encrypted token. On the other end, SagePay decrypt this token, process the payment, and send us a response, again in the form of an encrypted token. We then decrypt the response and use this information to determine if your payment was successful and confirm your order.

If you choose to save your credit or debit card for future use, we only store the encrypted token generated during checkout. This means that we never see, or store, any of your raw card details.

When you pay using PayPal, you will be redirected to PayPal's website. Because you complete your payment outside of our site, your details are secured and processed by PayPal directly and we are not privy to any of your payment information. Once the payment is complete, PayPal send us a secure response which we then use to determine if your payment was successful and confirm your order.

How do I change my payment details?

Through your account, you are able to add, edit and remove your saved payment methods.

What if there's an issue with my payment?

Occasionally, we might encounter an issue with a payment. Some of the common problems are listed below:

  • You have entered your card details incorrectly.
  • Your card has expired or been replaced by your bank.
  • You do not have sufficient funds to cover the value of the purchase.
  • Your billing address does not match the address registered against your card.
  • Your payment may have failed any number of anti-fraud checks.

If any of these errors occur during checkout, you will normally see an appropriate error message telling you that your payment was unsuccessful. In this case, no order will be created and you can try to submit your payment again or try using a different payment method.
