Can I place an order by phone?

Not at this time, all orders can only be placed via our website.

How do I use a discount code?

There are two ways to use a discount code on our site:

  1. In the shopping cart, find the discount code box, enter your code and click "Apply".
  2. During checkout, find the discount code box, enter your code and click "Apply Discount".

If your discount code is valid, it will be applied to your order and shown against your order total.

Note: Only one discount code can be applied per order.

How do I specify an alternative delivery address?

During checkout, you can un-check the option "Ship to the same address". If you are logged in, this will allow you to select a new address from your account, or you can enter an entirely new address. If you choose to enter a new address, this will be automatically saved to you account for future use.

Note: It is not possible to specify an alternative delivery address AFTER an order has been placed.

Important: If you have an active subscription with us, you will NOT be able to specify an alternative delivery address after you subscription is set-up. Please see the Account section, How do I change my subscription or Contact Us for help.
