Where do you ship from?
We take advantage of the Fulfilled by Amazon (FBA) infrastructure provided by Amazon.co.uk. This means our stock is distributed across Amazon warehouses throughout the UK and benefit from the quick and efficient delivery methods provided by Amazon.
Where do you ship to?
We currently ship to the following jurisdictions.

Note: We use your IP address to determine your location. Depending on your specific location, not all of the destination countries listed above will be available to you during checkout.
How long does delivery take?
For all UK orders please allow 3 to 10 working days from date of shipping until you receive your item. All items destined for UK addresses are delivered via Royal Mail.
For Scandinavian orders please allow 2-3 working days and for all other orders to Western Europe please allow 7-14 working days.
For the rest of the world please allow up to 20 working days from the day of the order as on occasion delays can occur.

How do I track my order?
We don't offer tracking at the moment as all orders are shipped using standard letter post to ensure your delivery can always be delivered through your letter box.
Do I have to pay any taxes or duties?
If your delivery address is within the United Kingdom or the Channel Islands, no additional taxes will be payable. Orders delivered outside of the United Kingdom or the Channel Islands may be subject to import duties and/or sales taxes (including VAT), which are levied once a delivery reaches your destination country. Any such additional charges must be borne by you. You should note that customs policies and practices vary widely from country to country. We recommend that you contact your local customs office for information.
What if my order hasn't arrived?
If your order has not arrived with our delivery estimates, as specified in the previous section How long does delivery take? then feel free to Contact Us and we will do our best to track down your order.
Note: Most mail carriers do not deem a parcel lost in the postal system until 28 days has passed. Only once this time frame has elapsed can we then look to issue a reship or a refund.
Why have I only received part of my order?
To ensure that your order can be delivered through your letterbox, we may split your order into multiple packages.
Split packages usually arrive at the same time, however, on occasion the packages can be processed at different times by the post office and delivery may be divided over a number of days.
